FULL TIME FOOD RUNNER
We are looking for a detailed oriented individual to join our Front of House Team! Responsibilities include: Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies) , and helping out both FOH and BOH with any duties.
The Cellarman is responsible for the duties involved with the fermentation cellar and all beer released to packaging. Wort is made in the brewhouse, but beer is made in the cellar. The quality of our beer can be greatly affected by the cellar processes. Ensuring quality must be the Cellarman’s primary focus to ensure the quality and integrity of our product.
The Cellarman is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing fermentation and conditioning tanks, as well as transferring beer from tank to tank, ensuring the beer is transferred slowly and in an aseptic manner. The Cellarman is also responsible for monitoring the fermentation of beer, the cooling of fermenting and conditioning beer, and carbonating beer to the correct level. The Cellarman also cleans and sanitizes product lines and other equipment as well as the general working environment in the cellar.
Other duties of the Cellarman include cleaning the floors, outsides of tanks, miscellaneous parts, floor drains, filtration equipment, brewer’s office work area, cellar racks, and containers. In addition, the Cellarman is also responsible for checking dissolved oxygen of the beer, and any other task in the cellar that is deemed necessary. No job is too big or too small for the Cellarman to complete.
The Cellarman should expect to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, up to 12 hours per day if necessary depending on the production schedule. Overtime may be performed as needed if management allows. The Cellarman is an hourly, atwill employee supervised by the Head Brewer.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative Team at our Hammond location. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; producing financial statements and other reports for supervisors and managers, process payroll, prepare bank deposits, verifying receipts, process accounts payable, posting and reconciliation of bank accounts, A/R, and A/P, in addition to administrative support to the Owner and CEO.
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online, well organized, and proficient in all Microsoft Office products, and must be capable of lifting a minimum of thirty pounds, and climb stairs several times a day..
This position will be 30-40 hours per week. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
EXPERIENCED LINE COOK

We are looking for an experienced Food Expediter to join our fast paced, detailed oriented Kitchen Team. The candidate would have a keen eye for details, and help keep a smooth flow from the kitchen to the tables. As food expediter, you must have excellent communication skills and experience in a restaurant’s hectic setting. Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods with little to no rest.
PART-TIME / FULL-TIME BARTENDER/SERVER
We are looking for experienced bartenders and servers to join our fast paced, detail oriented bar and dining room team at both our Hammond Brewpub and Miller Taproom locations. Candidates must be 21 years of age and have a current, valid Indiana Servers permit. Open availability and a great attitude a must. Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is preferred for bartenders and servers.
We are looking for a friendly Full-Time Host/Hostess to join our fast paced, detail oriented dining room team at our Hammond Brewpub. Candidates must be 21 yeas of age and prior experience is preferred. Open availability, a flexible schedule and a great attitude is a must. They will be responsible for greeting guests at the door and presenting clean menus in a friendly, professional and quick manner.
