EXPERIENCED LINE COOK

FULL TIME FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Full-Time Front of House Supervisor to join our Bar and Dining Room Team at our Hammond Brewpub!
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Business Operations and Profitability
Performs all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures.
Establishing and keeping positive and effective communication among all team members.
Keeping a safe working environment and ensuring that team members are practicing safe work.
Provide fast, efficient and friendly service for every guest.
Proactive in resolving guest issues and work to always keep guests satisfied.
1 year in a lead, training or supervisory role in a restaurant/taproom setting
Craft Beer and Cocktail knowledge
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Basic computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PART-TIME / FULL-TIME BARTENDER/SERVER
We are looking for experienced bartenders and servers to join our fast paced, detail oriented bar and dining room team at both our Hammond Brewpub and Miller Taproom locations. Candidates must be 21 years of age and have a current, valid Indiana Servers permit. Open availability and a great attitude a must. Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is preferred for bartenders and servers.
We are looking for a friendly Full-Time Host/Hostess to join our fast paced, detail oriented dining room team at our Hammond Brewpub. Candidates must be 21 yeas of age and prior experience is preferred. Open availability, a flexible schedule and a great attitude is a must. They will be responsible for greeting guests at the door and presenting clean menus in a friendly, professional and quick manner.
