November Beer Dinner

Join us for our November Beer Dinner as we share the newest and exciting dishes from the mind of Chef Andrew Dering. We will feature 5 courses, each expertly paired with select 18th Street Brewery beers to enhance your dining experience. Chef Andrew will be present to guide the guests through the dinner. The event will run from 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM on November 17th at our Hammond Brewpub, 5417 Oakley Ave, Hammond, IN 46320. Seating at 6:30 dinner starts at 6:45.


First Course

Caramel Apple Salad

-Pickled apples

-Smoked apples

-Red Oak lettuce

-Caramel apple vinaigrette

-Candied Hazelnuts

 --Paired with The Sour Note Brewing's Blackberry Gose 

Second Course

Charred Butternut Squash Soup

-Crispy Sage

-Malt Vinegar whipped creme fraiche

-Spiced Pepita

--Paired with Hunter Milk Stout

Third Course

Roasted Pheasant

-Fried Brussel sprouts (w/ parmesan cheese, herbs, sherry vinegar)

-Shaved Beets

-Caramelized Fig

-Orange gel

-Stout braised Cabbage

-Sherry Vinegar gel

-Puffed Quinoa

-Paired with The Fox and The Hunted Espresso

Fourth Course

Venison Loin

-Vanilla Parsnip purée

-Melted Leeks

-Smoked Maitake mushroom

-Cranberry white stout gel

-Shaved Radish

-Horseradish salt

-Rosemary Persillade

-Paired with - Velvet Cashmere

Fifth Course

Smoked Pumpkin “Pie"

-Thyme tart

-Smoked Pumpkin panda cotta

-Spiced pine nut brittle

-Fox and The Hunter coffee honey

-Lemon meringue powder

Our full draft list and cocktail menu will be available at an additional cost. This ticket purchase is non-refundable. 

This is a 21+ years of age event. The ticket purchaser and guests will be asked to present a valid Government Issued photo ID. Your ID must match the name on the credit card that was used to purchase the ticket(s).
