18th Street Brewery is pleased to welcome aboard Craig Goodall as the Head Chef of our recently opened Hammond brewpub. A NWI native, Chef Goodall has been cooking professionally in kitchens for more than a decade, and he recently spent four years at Hammond’s own Horseshoe Casino. His first two years at Horseshoe involved catering and working banquets, the last two years he was promoted into the VIP section where he wrote daily menus, supervised cooks, and prepared food not only for the VIPS’s but for the incredible line-up of artists performing there. He is very knowledgeable not only of regional fare but of international cuisine including Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian and Indian. Chef Goodall is excited to join the 18th Street Brewery team and looks forward to pairing delicious food with their extraordinary beers.
